How many credits will be available for CHEST 2020?

50 credits for MD, NP, PA, AANPCB. 23.5 credits for RRT. 25 credits for Sleep.

How can I claim my CME/MOC from CHEST?

CME claiming opens on Wednesday, October 21st at 12:00PM Central. Claim CME »

What is the deadline for claiming CME?

Credits can be claimed until 3/1/2021.

Do I have to watch the session live in order to claim CME for it?

Any combination of live and prerecording content can be claimed.

When claiming, is it seperate for prerecorded and live lectures?

All claiming occurs in one instance. Attendees claim by the amount of time they have spent interacting with educational content, regardless if it is live or prerecorded.

Can I still register after the meeting has started?

Yes, registration will be open until October 21st

How do I get my certificate of attendance?

Each attendee can get a certificate of attendance in their My Learning account. Get the certificate Note: this is not a CME certificate

What browser should I be using for the Annual Meeting?

The platform works best with Google Chrome.

Central time

How do I access the virtual platform?

The week of October 12, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual platform log in page. You will log in using the email that you used to register.

Is there an app?

We decided not to use the app this year.

How long will I have access to the virtual platform?

Attendees will have access to the platform until February 1, 2021.

When can I start viewing the On-Demand content?

On-Demand content will be available for viewing when the site goes live Sunday, October 18.

If I missed a live presentation, when will it be available?

All live presentations will be available in the virtual platform in the “live sessions” auditorium shortly after the conclusion of the presentation. Please allow up to three hours for the session to be posted; all sessions will be available in the platform until February 1, 2021.

Can I download the recordings?

Sessions will not be available for download, but you will have access to the virtual platform to rewatch recordings until January 18th, 2021.

Will there be handouts?

There are no handouts from any educational sessions. Exhibitors may have downloadable documents pertaining to their booth, though.

How do I access the evening events?

The event links to Virtual Comedy Hour and Foundation Poker Night are located in the “Schedule & On-Demand Recording” link via the Lobby. CHEST Challenge is located in the “Live Sessions” link via the lobby. All three of those events are open to all attendees.

How can I access abstracts?

Full abstracts will be available at journal.chestnet.org

When will I receive information on my raffle prizes?

CHEST masks were sent to qualifying meeting attendees on October 28, 2020. They should arrive shortly.

The raffle drawings for CHEST membership and for the complimentary registration and hotel stay for CHEST 2021 will take place in November 2020. A CHEST staff member will reach out to the winners by November 30, 2020. The winner will be contacted via the email address that was used with your CHEST 2020 registration.

When is the exhibit hall open?

The exhibit hall is open and live from Sunday, October 18 through Wednesday, October 21. There are dedicated hours each day for exhibit hall time.

How do I know if I qualified for a prize in the CHEST Player Hub?

Throughout the 4 days of CHEST 2020 (October 18-21), the highest scoring players across the individual CHEST Games within the CHEST Player Hub will be eligible for a $50 USD Amazon gift card. Players are only eligible for one gift card per day, regardless of the number of CHEST Games played. CHEST staff are not eligible. For Treasure CHEST, the five players with the highest cumulative scores from days 1-4 of the event will be eligible for a $50 USD Amazon gift card.

The CHEST team will judge the score data captured by the CHEST Player Hub to determine the official daily winners*. The names of the official daily winners have been announced on the @accpchest Twitter account. Within 1 to 2 weeks following the end of CHEST 2020, a representative from the CHEST team will reach out to all official winners directly through the email address used to register for the meeting with instructions on claiming their prize.

*Please note that leaderboards displayed within the CHEST Player Hub can be used as a guide for ranking but may not accurately show the official daily winners. The global leaderboard for experience points is not associated with prizes at this time.

How do I sign up for the Virtual Escape Room?

The escape room is open to all attendees of CHEST 2020. Attendees will receive an email from CHEST with the chance to reserve your spot.

Where do I access Post Graduate Courses?

Post Graduate courses will be held from January – March, 2021. Check our website for more details!

Is there a convocation?

New FCCPs will be recognized during the opening session on sunday october 18 closing session of the annual meeting on Wednesday. Those individuals will also be invited to participate in next year’s convocation ceremony.
